Patients experiencing adequate paralysis of the target muscle that require subsequent injections should receive a dose comparable to the initial dose.

There has not been a confirmed serious case of the spread of toxin effect away from the injection site when Botox has been used at the recommended dose to treat chronic migraine, severe underarm sweating, blepharospasm, or strabismus.
It is not known if RADIESSE® or RADIESSE® (+) is safe or effective in the lips, or in the area around the eyes.
